Fields that you can support:
“Mind Leader – Herald of Reforms” | The goal of this programme is to initiate changes and reforms at regional, national and European levels. It aims to initiate a movement in order to shift the public opinion and value greater self-reliance, family and voluntary donations rather than paternalistic government sector which has the control over every aspect of citizens’ lives.
“Individual Property – the Basis of Strong Government” | This project is aimed at strengthening the argument for private property in economic, legal and political debates in the society, because private property is the only sustainable way to build a strong economic future for the country.
“Government Watch” | The goal of this programme is to respond to government initiatives that are most harmful to individual freedom or economic activity. The programme covers protection of private property, education, health, welfare and pension reforms, industrial relations, competition and consumer protection, monetary and fiscal policies and privatization.
“Government Watch 2.0” | This programme will allow us to expand our monitoring of government legislation and generate public debate in order to have a positive influence the current policies. We will constantly expose and publicise any government decisions that restrict individual freedom or economic activity.
“Education Centre” | This programme helps us to pursue our aims by providing systematic and high quality education based on the Austrian school of economics for young people and teachers across Lithuania.
LFMI with international companies | The Institute also collaborates with international organizations and engages in international discussions about public opinion and policy-making processes. We provide opinions and recommendations to the European Commission’s public consultations and international organization’s reports. We also work to enhance the publicity of the work of our European partners. Industrial relations and health policies are our priorities.
Continue to sustain and improve ongoing projects including the existing “Readings in Economic Policy”, “Economics in Action”, “Liberty Studies” and the creation of an “E-library”.
The development of new educational projects such as the “Economics Manual” and “Teaching the Teachers”.
