1. Log in to the Electronic Declaration System (EDS).
2. In the menu bar on the left, click “Fill in the form”, then under the most commonly filled forms, click “Request to allocate support”.
3. Click the globe icon that appears on the screen and fill in the provided form using the step-by-step wizard.
4. For the support recipient, indicate “Lithuanian Free Market Institute” or enter the identification code: 110059496.
5. Once the request is filled out, click “Generate request” and then “Submit”.
