Dainius Baltrušaitis, founder of Lithuania’s leading business conferences EBIT and HR Week, openly shares in the Beyond Economics and Back podcast that he started this business as a daring venture and gradually turned it into a unique expression of creativity. It’s no surprise that these brands were recently successfully sold to Delfi. Now, Baltrušaitis and his team are aiming to conquer the European market.
“It was clear that Lithuanian business needed this kind of format,” Baltrušaitis says, and the Confinn team successfully identified this need.
“We realized that businesses primarily need a space where participants come with questions and leave with answers – and sometimes… even more questions,” he explains. Today, EBIT and HR Week are key hubs for community building, firmly embedded in the agendas of business leaders across Lithuania.
