The Council of the Lithuanian Free Market Institute has served as an advisory body since 20 September 2002. It consists of people who uphold the institute‘s mission and provide an active contribution with their ideas to the mission‘s accomplishment. The Council expresses its opinion on LFMI‘s project proposals, deliberate ongoing projects and propose new ones. Additionally, the Council expresses opinion whether the institute‘s activity is in line with its objectives. At least once a year the Council hears a report from the LFMI‘s president on the institute‘s activity.
