On 29 April, LFMI held a conference “Good Corporate Practices in Addressing the Problems of Insolvency“, during which a number of current problems related to the settlements between businesses and private individuals, existing legislation governing insolvency and the associated processes, new insolvency legislation initiatives and their potential consequences were considered. The event was attended by business representatives, bank representatives, lawyers, notaries, bankruptcy and restructuring administrators, representatives of the Bankruptcy Department of the Ministry of Economy, representatives of the Republic of Lithuania Government Office and other governmental institutions.
