How Much Do You Earn, a Man?

LFMI’s President Rūta Vainienė spoke on the Lithuanian Radio that a part of the salary paid by an employer for an employee to the Social Insurance Fund is unseen by many employees, this way dividing and hiding tax burden. Because a part of a salary an employer pays for an employee is earned by the latter, the partition is artificial.  The employee should not only be able to see his/her payment (together with the part paid by the employer) but to pay it himself by transferring money to the accounts of the Social Insurance Fund and the State Tax Inspectorate.
