Flexible work schedule and dynamic allocation of work hours throughout a week or a month is a rare case in Lithuanian companies as compared to foreign countries. The government knows how to reform labor laws to attract investors better and promote workplace creation. However, the Lithuanian government lacks will; it spreads its power and trumps by raising taxes and safeguarding bureaucrats.
