The government openly declares that EU requirements in the gas sector will be implemented in the most rigid way, i.e. by unbundling companies, whereas in the case of the electricity sector it is acting to the contrary, resorting to all possible measures to implement the directive only formally. Enterprises are not being unbundled, they’re being even merged – both horizontally and vertically.
