In a commentary on the Lithuanian Radio, LFMI President Rūta Vainienė makes a review of the key activities undertaken by the Lithuanian authorities during 2009 and gives a symbolic score – though in advance – for introducing the higher education reform. Ms Rūta Vainienė expresses a wish that the year 2010 be used for meaningful reforms.
