Government falls behind business

In his commentary, LFMI‘s Senior Policy Analyst Žilvinas Šilėnas explains why government falls behind business. The government declares that the state should be managed like the best private business companies. One can welcome the fact that the government finally acknowledged it has problems and accepted that private businesses are managed better. Yet businesses seeks efficiency through hard work and resolute decisions. If the government wants not to fall behind business, it must have a long-term strategy and pursue it.
