Having analysed the provisions of the draft project, LFMI submitted the following proposals: to establish the same local charge for the authorisation of advertizing; to establish the monetary amount for the use of municipal property and/or the procedures of its establishment; to waive the provision providing for taxation of data used separately (ouside the signboard) and to remove the provision whereby public and budgetary institutions of the Municipality are exempt from the said local charges.
