LFMI’s position on economic stimulation

LFMI submitted its position on the ways how to stimulate the economy and explained their expediency and the effects on the economy, discussing the means of economic stimulation applied in Lithuania. The ways of economic stimulation analysed in the paper are the following: a reduction of central banks’ interest rates and credit expansion; stimulation of the economy with tax-payer money; protectionism; and the improvement of business conditions.
