Since 2000, we have published the Election Handbook, outlining guidelines and concrete solutions to improve life in the spirit of our Constitution. In 2024, we presented a Seimas (Parliament) election edition titled “Mandatas Lyderystei” (A Mandate for Leadership), distinguished by its perspective on politics through the lens of scarcity and its practical application.

An initiative to assess, argue, and present planned new legislation briefly and clearly.

Our team of experts analyzes and evaluates relevant draft laws daily. We argue whether adopting these laws would benefit society, workers, and businesses—or, conversely, restrict and burden people. We send concrete proposals to public authorities.

Our monitoring areas: monetary and tax policy; “Sodra” and pension reform; protection of private property; competition policy; labor regulation; paternalistic policy; healthcare; and education.

With this initiative, we aim to encourage everyone to take an interest in laws before Members of Parliament vote on them.
